I liked it until it broke

I bought this item in July to use as a keychain but unfortunately it broke while walking down the street with my keys. I don't know how, but the screw(?) holding the clasp and strap together has come loose completely. I was lucky that I kept my real keys and not the strap. Maybe there is a design flaw and that's why I won't buy a new one.
