I was so frustrated by the awful fit of this mask I nearly threw the first one away. Unfolding these after removing them from the packet is also frustrating, with multiple layers of extra packaging sliding around with no apparent benefit. These masks leave huge pockets of skin around my eyes where the mask does not make contact with my skin, but pokes me in the eyes. Typically when I wear a mask I sit down to read for the maximum recommended amount of time, so I get some relaxation/"me” time as a part of my self-care routine. This is not possible wearing this mask, I had to lie down with my eyes closed to make wearing this bearable. Un/fortunately these are remarkably effective. The results are temporary, but my dark circles practically disappeared after using this, and the whole area was left plumped and youthful looking. At about $7 a piece these are a bit more than I would like to spend regularly on a mask, especially one that doesn’t even treat my whole face (and fits terribly!) but the results are 100% worth it for occasional use such as before an event.
