I ordered this in an XXS first for my smallish Persian (7 lbs.). I think the body size would have fit well, but I couldn't get it over his extra wide head, even with those straps adjusted at the longest capacity. I then ordered an XS, and that goes over his head just fine, but even when I adjust all the straps to the smallest setting, it's still large for his body. I'm using the XS because it's the best I've found, but I'm still on the hunt for a better fitting harness for my wide-headed boy. This one is nicely made, well-stitched and is an attractive color for a gray cat. It would look good on many different colored cats. It's nice overall, just doesn't fit this large-headed cat as well as it should.
