I had a T-MAX bluetooth headset for 11 months and it worked great. I put it on overnight and tried turning it on the next day, nothing. The headset just stopped working for no reason. It shows charging but won't turn on. ILM honored their two-year warranty and refunded my money to buy the same or a different headset. You answered me quickly. The sound quality in the headset was excellent. The FM radio was a bit quiet on the go but otherwise everything was fine except it wasn't working for no apparent reason. ILM Freedconn responded fairly quickly. They honored the 2 year warranty that came with the product and gave me my money back. Their support was very easy, just emailed them the warranty card and then a video of the non-working product and they took care of it.
