I like that it is easy to use for both my clients as well as myself! It's also great because you can easily access your files from anywhere in order help keep track of them all at once!! There are some things about this program i dislike such as how long they take when responding back or replying with questions/comments. If using an online workspace be sure its something reliable so there won't be any delays while trying to get assistance. We have been able to work together more efficiently by being able share documents through our website without having to email each other individually.
