RMA and new machine must be fulfilled

The machine was in use and could not be sold. If I couldn't keep a solid connection to my flat screen TV it would get hot and I'd have to take my Galaxy S8 off and I'm screwed. Now I would love to go back as it would be like selling junk like they do on Ebay from China.
