I use this for a deep cleansing claim, not makeup removal. I live in the mountains where it's windy and dry and I have mild eczema so I always struggle with dry skin. I really had my doubts that an oil based product would cleanse my skin. Well I just discovered it's possible! I probably don't use it for its intended purpose as I like to wash my face while in the shower. Standing over the sink makes too much of a mess. When it first lathers it has a citronella scent which I don't like but I found the scent quickly dissipated and ended up smelling pretty nice and fresh rather than greasy. My skin feels soft and clean after using this product. If it was a big bottle I could use it on the rest of my body with dry skin if it wasn't so expensive! (sorry TMI!)
