Bought 3t in red for my 3 year old daughter to wear for Christmas. That fits well. Not perfect. My daughter is skinny so she just didn't match the top (and that's okay). The material is excellent and lined. Almost like a sleeveless coat. She looked adorable. I just didn't realize it was reddish brown until I got it (never mind, just thought it looked black)
