My wife and I bought this as a gift for my in-laws who love to make pizza. It was bought as a Cyber Monday deal and we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised by the product. It comes disassembled but is easy to assemble. The oven is also included, as is a large spatula (you will need a Phillips screwdriver) and a wooden pizza peel. In general, assembly took about 15 minutes, as far as warming up we had no problems. We used the center burner of a Dacor cooktop and it took about 15 minutes (or less?) to reach the temperature, or 3/4 of the "fire" symbol on the thermometer. We let it heat up for about 10 minutes only to burn off anything we didn't want on our pizza. As for the pizza making, it took me three or four hours to get the hang of it. We used cornmeal on the bottom of the pizza and I became more confident putting the shell in the hot oven. After this round of trial and error, we ended up with really good pizzas (8-10 inches personal size) using store-bought ingredients (although there are recipes for dough and other stuff in the instructions). messy and a ventilated range hood almost a must, but cleaning was easy enough and making pizza the next day (for breakfast!) was a breeze. enough.
