Wood arrived on time. As soon as we unpacked it was clear to us that the tree is terrible. The fairy lights were wrapped very tightly and tied around several branches at the same time, so the branches could not be separated and fanned out symmetrically. This resulted in the tree having huge holes and being completely crooked. This is a pre-lit tree, so the lights cannot be removed and re-strung. And even if they could, I wouldn't be inclined to spend hours on it. As if the person who hung the lightbulbs on that tree did it on purpose to make the tree useless. Maybe a disgruntled employee or just substandard production? I don't know but I do know that we don't have a Christmas tree 2 days before Christmas and that is terribly inconvenient and very annoying for us and the kids. Completely disappointed in this tree. I will never buy a Wickerman tree again.
