Weighted hula hoop requires training
It takes me a minute to figure out I suck a hula hoop when it has weight and it took me a while to make it a little longer than three loops to hold my hips around. I had fun looking in the mirror like some ridiculous person trying to spin a hoop with this weighted hoop but I'm having fun so who cares?
