Review on Boost Your Skateboarding Performance with Bones Speed Cream by Bobby Blanton

I cleaned my bones swiss ceramic bearings with rubbing alcohol and have never cleaned before, after ten years it was definitely a must. I thought they were taken off they were spinning a bit rough right after the deep cleaning I had done on them I put a drop on each as recommended for ceramic put them back in and the bearing felt, as if they were better than new. Quiet as a church mouse and gentle as warm butter. I'd say there's no reason to skip this grease if you care about your bearings at all. Thanks Mikey
