Need better packaging!

It was my pleasure to find a product that met my jewelry storage needs. I ordered a set with two bowls and a lid. One tray came with a tear on one side. It was promptly replaced as I sent the original back with no problem. No fuss, no fuss. However, one of the second order trays had a "foot" that rattled around the box. Bubble wrap could probably be used for this item instead of plain paper binding. I decided to keep it as I'm still happy with it, even with this small flaw.
