I like that it has an app available to use with my phone, which makes scheduling easier than having paper copies of schedules everywhere! It's easy enough so anyone can learn how to navigate through without training required (which would be nice).
The customer service could improve - they've been very responsive but not always able or willing/able in time when needed by me as their client. This isn't really anything other then something about them being great at what we need help doing; just make sure you know your needs before signing up because there are better options out there if this doesn’t fit well within those requirements. We have used jbms since 2013 now, our previous system was pretty outdated compared to today especially regarding accounting functions such payroll etc., also keeping track of employees hours worked per day vs weekdays versus weekends made things more difficult prior while using old systems where everything had its own tab instead one.
