DirectTV (now AT&T) is finally here. Didn't work at all! Very Disappointed

DirectTV Now AT&T just got here. He used an H25 receiver. The dish rotated and was aligned with satellite 101 with an unobstructed view. When running the tests it never showed that it was receiving a signal. Everything was fine except for the connections. But no signal would be received. Being Sunday King customer service is closed. I've been waiting for weeks to finally get time to take off and show up on DirectTV. so disappointed. $500 and an extra quick install kit $86.00 and my time installing these holes in my RV roof to set everything up for that, which I think would be a simple hookup for nothing. I'll see how King's customer service is tomorrow. Maybe I'll send it all back! UGH!Update!: Spoke to King Technical Support. Since DirectTV had an H25 receiver, the installer should have known it was an SWM receiver. So it needs a SWM8 kit which should provide "THEY" DirectTV. The installer left, and by the way he said DirectTV, which he was told by his manager, is not to connect unless it's a permanent resident! I told him I have a mailing address here at this RV campground. Also, even if it worked, this wouldn't be in HD at all! I returned the DirectTV King VQ4800 today and as always, Revain's customer support has been wonderful! I have the DISH KING VQ4510 Tailgater Bundle - Portable Satellite TV Antenna and Dish HD Solo VIP 211z Receiver available tomorrow. DISH is 100% more manageable, there are my 100+ HD channels and I don't even need DISH to be here to do anything! So, in conclusion: STAY AWAY FROM DIRECT TV AT ALL COST!
