It's easy to set up alerts for new cases in your court. I like that the user interface is very intuitive once you have some experience with it. The customer service could be better at times. They are always trying to fix bugs, but they don't seem to get back to customers as soon as possible. We've been able to improve our response time by using this software. It's easy for lawyers to create alerts which can be shared with clients using an app like WhatsApp or Telegram. I have no complaints at all as of now. The user interface is very simple, clear and straightforward. There are different sections in this program that help you manage your calendar easily. You get notifications about upcoming hearings and case status. And it syncs with other applications too!
