This is an almost perfect solution to a broken trailer brake cable. Some recommended tips: 1. As others have said, get 6 feet long. Even if you have a bumper trailer and the spec says you should get 4ft. Get 6 feet anyway 2. When you attach your trailer's breakaway pin to the ring of the cord, use the STAPLE PULLER to open the ring: it's much easier on your hands and requires fewer "words"3. Be careful when reinserting the pin into the trailer socket. It's a tight fit and the connection might bite your fingers! 4. Enjoy peace of mind knowing your brake cable won't snap from road or chain friction.
