These are officially certified TP-Link devices in their new or almost new condition :( ok see photos, this is how TP-LINK defines "newβ1. Devices come with dust and scuffs , it's white so dirt is coming out. Looks like they just repackaged the returned block and shipped it as refurbished. I had to reset each one to make it work. It's ridiculous. So that confirmed my first point, they sent the returned unit straight to another customer without doing anything3. Check out those power cords, they speak for themselves4. When adding satellites, none of them connect even after resetting. I need to add via bluetooth. I'm not sure what the problem is.5 Too many bugs and out of the box Well for an officially certified router from TP-Link I was very disappointed This is just my experience but yours you can try your luck. But new ones are only $160, I don't think it's worth buying these refurbished ones
