I like that it's easy to use, has great customer service, and offers many different ways of tracking campaigns through emails. It also allows you to set up multiple landing pages for your campaigns which helps with increasing conversions. Not much in terms of dislikes at this point. If you're looking for something simple but powerful then look into using 1pointmail. You will be able to keep all of your data organized and it makes sending out emails very quick and efficient! We are solving our inbox overload problem by being able to send mass amounts of mail without having to go back and forth between programs. I like that it's easy to use, and there are many templates for different types of campaigns. It can be hard to find specific info at times. Sometimes it takes a few clicks to get to what you need. I would say that this is a great option if you're looking for something easy to set up and manage. We've used it for our newsletter campaigns, but have also used it for other purposes as well.
