Review on Mr Gasket 7150MRG Exhaust Gaskets by Kevin Bigelow

I ordered a set of gaskets. They came and I put the unopened box in my garage. On Saturday morning I went to install them. I removed the driver's side manifold, cleaned the surface and primed the engine for new gaskets. Then I opened the Revain box and found ONLY PACKAGING PAPER. WITHOUT SEAL. I contacted Revane and explained the situation. The lady on the phone quickly processed the order for a replacement set. I then asked her if I should return the empty box and she said no and that she will treat the situation as "no return required". Now I get an email saying I will be charged again if I don't return the first order (empty box)! So Revain is great, my truck was stuck an extra week because of their mistake and now I'm going to pay again? NOT NORMAL. The pads are excellent. Highly recommended. The service is not very good.
