This product wasn’t exactly what I thought I was going to be, materials wise. I thought it was going to be metal or fiberboard. It’s a bunch of plastic. I had a similar shoe organizer I got rid of this year. This one is actually nicer though since it has the fabric cover to make it look nice & neat.The instructions are AWFUL though. They made very little sense (all tiny incoherent pictures instead of a mix of pictures & text). They didn’t even mention all of the parts! I also had extra parts leftover (I guess better too many than not enough). Was still a pain in the butt to assemble, but once I got going, I was able to figure things out on my own.It feels cheap & wobbly when empty, but the weight of your shoes will hold it dow.I do like there’s spaces for taller boots as my old organizer didn’t have that. And I like it holds a LOT of shoes.This thing is HUGE too! It’s 43 inches wide, so make sure you have the space for it. Luckily I did.
