It was very easy to assemble and I loved it for the first few months. After a while I noticed that it was no longer standing up straight even after I was very careful not to overload it and put the heavier shoes on the bottom. You can see in the photo that it is against the wall at the bottom but at the top it is sticking about 3-4inches out. Okay, hear me out. This thing was perfect ONCE assembled, but my-oh-my it took a while to get there. It's not that it was hard, it's just that it comes with a LOT of small pieces and if you mess up, you'll have to restart, so just follow the instructions closely! Once it was put together, it fit perfectly in our closet, and it gave us so much space for all our shoes (girls house, just picture that). Directions to put this together are terrible. Definitely not for people who use directions for everything. Very vague. ALOT of little parts. My husband got it up and seems like it will do the job for what it is. I would recommend to people who don’t mind spending a good hour or so getting it together.

It comes in lots of peices but it is easy to assemble with the instructions just slightly time consuming. Solve my shoes storage program! an hour at most

I waited till my new home office was finished being remodeled to set this up. That’s on me, but there is missing parts and can’t be returned due to waiting to set up. So now I’m just out of luck and money.

I purchased it in Oct 2020 and now the plastic connectors are breaking. It is in the garage and in AZ so it is in the heat a lot but I still expected it to last longer then a year and a half. As the say you get what you pay for. I need to find a new one that is made better.

I got the 6 tier rack and it’s a lot bigger than I expected. Like twice the size. But I’m actually glad about that because if it were any smaller it wouldn’t fit all the shoes I needed to organize.

This product is easy to put together after but none of the parts are labeled. My biggest dissapointment is the shelves and walls are PAPER. So it rips very easily

Overall this is great and I’m ordering a second one. It is way sturdier than I thought it would be and holds a lot. I see a lot of reviews say easy to assemble but I did find it a little confusing at first but once I knew what I was doing assembly was quick!

Reasonably priced, easy to assemble and looks good. Holds a total of 27 pairs of shoes/boots. Glad I bought it and will probably buy a second one soon.

The instructions to assemble the aprox 100 pieces this came in could have been even slightly more detailed when it came to inserting the rods into the plastic "T” holders. Overall this set up is a good bargain.

The shelves are pretty sturdy and it gets the job done for the price, but the cover ripped within 5 seconds. Be extremely careful opening the zippers.Mine ripped as soon as I tried to unzip it to put shoes in.

worst product I ever ordered online. Did not realize that the "shelves" were fabric too. Unfortunately, I missed the return deadline, so I just wasted my money.

This item has been theeeee worst assembly process. I consider myself pretty handy- the items are not labeled and leaves a lot of guess work and definitely not worth the time or blood loss!

Got it all in pieces and was like heck no! Didn’t feel like putting this mess together. Can topple over easily, especially when placed on carpeted surfaces. I am returning it.

It’s big but it takes very long to put together . Doesn't fit well in tight spaces! it took us almost 2 weeks to figure out how to fix the whole shoe rack !

Missing pieces, unable to assemble. I purchased two, one for my sister. She said hers was also missing pieces. Maybe if we put them together we can build one?
