Reliable reels at a great price

There are no brakes, but they are unnecessary on a flat kitchen floor. Rolls and turns easily under a heavy center cabinet. Quiet and unobtrusive (if you don't mind gray rubber) under the closet. #14 screws used, four for each pulley. Comes with the bolts and nuts you need to attach the metal frame.
