Very good bright light that comes on instantly at full brightness. Installation is easy, however, additional anchors (included) must be placed in the ceiling due to the weak mounting bracket. The light itself feels solid, but the mount is too flexible. Also, the LED "lighter" block is too thick and keeps the light off the ceiling a bit. I would have liked a tighter fit. The reusable, tool-less terminal block is a nice touch. Simply push the spring-loaded lever at the top to open the terminal block and insert or remove the wire from the terminal. (although not sure if it will pass the "test"), I like the fact that you can pre-screw the screws into the light body while on the floor and then use the slightly protruding screws, to "find" the threaded hole in the bracket. I think the lack of a ground terminal can cause some problems for uninformed building inspectors who can't figure out if a metal bracket bolted to a grounded metal work box is properly grounded. However, if a plastic work box (or non-work box) is used, there is no dedicated grounding terminal on the flimsy mounting bracket and on the instrument body itself.
