I sit in front of my computer all day at work and even though my vision doesn't need glasses yet, my eyes get a lot of strain during the day. I really appreciated the demo that came with the kit (a little blue light and a map showing the effects of the blue light. You can also try using it through the glasses on the map to see that it's actually that Light filters which is a good self confidence. The style itself is beautiful. I like the 'flowers' print but it looks more like a tortoiseshell print. Just note that the frames are very large. The Pictures in the description should already give you that idea but I don't have a very small face or anything and I think they really suit me tall They are comfortable but just tall If you're looking for something discreet this is it not the right one :) A real complaint I have, and it seems to be a common problem with blue light glasses, it's glare. When you use them on a computer, it is definitely noticeable and can be annoying over a long period of time. In addition, they are very durable and help reduce eye strain.
