Great timer for outside lights

These have worked great, even when it’s rained or snowed. I do have covers on my outlet to keep the plug dry. I like that it goes up to 9 hours for when it gets dark so early so the lights don’t go out before I want them to. I put one out front and one out back with an extra. The only downside is that it’s large so I can only have this plugged into the outlet and the cover doesn’t close as well as I’d like.

Pros

Perfect for activating our fence lights at dusk until bedtime

Cons

The timer is prone to programming errors and does not always turn lights on/off at the correct times
