I bought this in the hope that it could be used as a travel bag and as a laptop bag when I'm not in the US. When I got it, I wasn't impressed at all. The stuff inside was very noisy and scratchy. Every time I moved I could hear it. I also tried the shoulder strap as I used the bag when flying and it was very uncomfortable with the clutch handles. The handles are so big that they turn around and look awkward. Unfortunately, there is no way to remove them when using the shoulder strap. I wasn't impressed by the flash above either. It doesn't cover the top completely, leaving space at both ends of the zipper. I was worried that if I put this under the airplane seat, small things (pens, USB stick, cotton swabs, etc.) could easily slip out. I ended up returning this bag and bought another one for $8 that looks much better, is more durable, quieter and more reliable.
