Check before reinstalling the door panel!
Motor cables were inserted into connector in reverse order (pressing the switch lowered the window, lowering the switch raised the window). Luckily I checked that before I put the door panel back on. I had to use wire strippers to remove the wires from the connector housing and reposition them. A little more attention to quality control details or simple bench testing before a product is approved will go a long way. I lose money massaging parts to make them work like they should.
