Unfortunately, I have had a really negative experience with SELINK. Although they have a large selection of clothing, shoes, and jewelry, the quality of their offerings is subpar. The materials used feel cheap and flimsy, and the clothing does not fit true to size. The jewelry appears shoddy and cheaply produced, and the shoes are uncomfortable and poorly built. The website's navigation is very challenging, and the product descriptions and photographs are inaccurate. The sizing charts were also difficult to understand and inconsistent. To make problems worse, SELINK's customer service is subpar. When I did manage to speak with a person, they were unhelpful and unresponsive to my issues. Additionally, shipping took a long time, and returns were challenging and frustrating. Overall, I am unable to endorse SELINK as a trustworthy online shopping site. A bad experience is created by their subpar items, perplexing website, and inadequate customer service.
