Dangerous! The glass broke after lighting!

Easy to make and pretty pretty, but after my daughter made it we lit one of these. After the wax balls melted, the glass shattered all over the tabletop. Not only did the glass shatter, shards of glass shattered a good 12 inches from the candle. Fortunately, no one was injured or burned by glass or melted wax. Do not buy! This product needs to be recalled!
