Review on BENBAT by Doug Small
While BENBAT claims to employ a team of experts in baby safety and design, those claims aren't borne out by the quality of their goods. I recently bought their infant carrier because it promised to be lightweight and simple to use. Despite its convenient appearance, I had a hard time using the backpack because of its awkward construction.
Furthermore, BENBAT's customer support team was slow and unresponsive when I asked for assistance. It took me a few tries before I got any help, which only served to increase my annoyance with the merchandise. For me, as a parent, nothing is more important than making sure my kid is warm and secure. Unfortunately, BENBAT appears more interested in promoting themselves as experts than in actually providing high-quality goods and dependable service to their customers. When it comes to finding good goods for my baby, I would not suggest BENBAT to other parents.
