I would try another brand

I have bought a few items from HiLetGo and they are usually of decent quality. Unfortunately, these reed switches proved problematic. They are INCREDIBLY fragile as other reviewers have pointed out. You also need to have a magnet handy on it for it to react. I ended up rummaging through the whole bag but STILL couldn't complete my project because they either broke or didn't work reliably.

Pros

. Dry reed switch components are hermetically sealed in an inert gas atmosphere, never in contact with the external environment, and have a long service life.

Cons
