Review on 🥣 TeamFar Stainless Steel Mixing Bowls with Lids - Set of 6, Nesting Salad Bowls with Non-slip Bottom and Air-tight Lids, Dishwasher Safe and Stackable by Kurt Bravo

This is a good bowl set and I would give a much higher rating except the orange bowl lid doesn't fit well like the others. to do, and TeamFar has not responded to my request. I tried to contact them through the Revain system and got an email from Revain stating that the TeamFar email is unreachable and therefore they have not received an email regarding my issue. Revain said they would have a message from me in their Revain account but they would not receive an email notifying them of this message. Well it's been a few months and I haven't heard from TeamFar. Yes, I could pack and return anything (and probably should have), but by the time I realized a lid didn't work, I already had most of the other bowls used for storing food in the fridge. and it would be extremely inconvenient to change all this and make a return. And it really wouldn't do TeamFar any good to return an item they couldn't sell because it was clearly used. I was hoping that TeamFar would just send me a working lid. I bought something through Revain from another company that had a sharp edge and their documentation in the box said to contact them if something was wrong and they replaced the item(!) so I was hoping that it wouldn't be a big deal TeamFar wanted to send me a cover, but apparently TeamFar was generally too trying to contact me. I have purchased other items from this company which were also good products but I would not purchase from them again due to lack of customer response.
