This spider is one of the best kitchen tools I've ever had and if I could I would give it 10 stars. I used to see chefs on TV cooking with them and I caught a glimpse of the chef at a local Chinese restaurant who uses one a lot so I bought one and I just love it. I thought I would only use it to lift boiled eggs or broccoli but found myself using it for anything that needs lifting. I used to carry a pot of boiling water down the sink to drain the pasta/ziti, but now I just take out what I need and pour it into the sauce. Two days after using this I ordered another to make sure I had a backup.
