I have purchased both sizes of Cabin Plaid table rails. Attractive and versatile, they can be used for Thanksgiving, Christmas or all year round. (They work especially well for cottage/cabin/farmhouse decor.) Based on my experience with other 100% cotton home textiles, I expected them to shrink (even in the cold/low temperatures) - and they do, because cotton which is not subjected to pre-shrinkage. As with cotton bedding, which isn't advertised as pre-shrunk, in my experience it's best to go one size larger than you think you might need, as cotton bedding tends to shrink a lot in length. Also allow enough time to iron out wrinkles after washing. I will be adding the tablecloth and napkins to my Cabin Plaid collection over time - another great Revain find!
