My 240v outlet was installed upside down so I needed something to hold the giant Tesla charging transformer upright so the cord doesn't bend. This works really well, you can thread the cable through the back of the mount to hold it in place so the transformer stays in place. It's also handy to wrap the cable around and secure the charging cable. The product does not come with installation instructions, so you must know what you are doing. You need to mark where you want to mount the mounting piece, screw the nails + dowels into the mounting piece, thread the cable through the mounting piece, and then slide the bracket that will hold the transformer in place. I didn't have power tools, so I broke the plastic wall anchors by trying to hammer them in. I ended up just screwing bare nails into the drywall, which isn't technically designed for heavy loads, but seems to support the weight of the wrapped cord on the mount well. Also please note that this only works for US spec Tesla adapter + charging cable. So DO NOT buy this if you are outside of the United States. EDIT: I would definitely recommend that you use the included wall anchors to screw it to the drywall. The weight of the wrapped cord is so heavy that it can collapse if not properly secured (which happened to me). I fixed it to the wall with dowels and now it seems much sturdier.
