The best thing about this program, it has helped us as an organization. Our team members love that we have been able to utilize their time more effectively through shift scheduling/managing abilities with them being paid for using our service. There isn't anything I dislike at all! It's great working together for such a useful tool. We use DeploByShiftGig to schedule both employees' hours while providing benefits of employee autonomy. This helps make sure we can keep track of which jobs need attention so they do not fall behind or get overlooked.
