Review on 🐱 Indoor Adult Dry Cat Food by Royal Canin by Michael Baker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The healthiest cats I've ever had

My three cats have been eating Royal Canin since they were 8 weeks old. First the kitten version and now the home version. They are all very healthy, have a healthy coat and best of all they are all of normal weight. The difference was noticeable when our roommate moved in. He had two overweight adult cats that ate meow mix. Their fur was unkempt and I stepped on vomit and hairballs on a daily basis. The vomit was an undigested heap of a reddish mixture of food. After switching to this food they no longer vomit and/or have hairballs, their fur is soft and "cute". And even better, her weight got a lot healthier. We feed freely and none of the cats are overweight, including these two. We also feed a can of 5.5 to 6 ounces of food per night as treats that all five can share as treats. We use Weruva, Wellness, Halo and sometimes other varieties. I would also like to mention that I fed my 16 year old cat Royal Canin Kidney Cat Diet after trying other brands, this was the only one he ate. Between being fed Royal Canin dry, Wellness wet and being supplemented with Azodyl, he lived to the ripe old age of 19. After my other (then older) cats switched to a prescription kidney diet over their regular diet, I was convinced to make the full switch to Royal. Canine forever. At the moment my housemates cats are around 16 years old, they have no signs of kidney disease and my three friends are 2 years old, they are energetic and healthy. I just love petting their soft, silky fur and snuggling up against them. And I intend to continue to do so through healthy eating for many years to come.
