I needed a pad that would fit in my bra, protect sensitive nipples and prevent milk leakage and although disposable pads are made for this purpose I just don't like the idea of making one to use other disposable items. It was a good decision. If I go back to work and my baby doesn't breastfeed like this all the time, they may leak, but I haven't had that experience yet. They hold up fairly well to washing (in warm conditions and air dried) and I've only noticed light pilling on the fabric. The pads are good after at least three uses and I'll see how far I can use them. I bought a size smaller thinking they would fit snugly in my bra. This size works well. There's no issue with the pad movement in a tight-fitting bra (although I haven't tried jogging or similar). i can get more They also come in a cute little zip pouch with a fun pattern. No complaints!
