Terrible, don't buy! Like other 1 star reviews, gritty, salty substance seeps all over my bed, nursing bra, and baby's face. This is amazing! I'm a new mom and I got some of these from a friend. At first I didn't think I would use them. Boy was I wrong! Since the milk came I have to carry it all the time. I wear DDD so even with large boobs they cover a lot of area which is especially nice when sleeping as things move around a bit - even with a bra on! This is terrible. They are very inconveniently packaged with three sheets of paper to open and peel, which I always drop and have to search under the bed or sofa. It's awkward when you're multitasking or in a hurry like most parents. The pad almost always gets stuck in the corner of my bra causing leaks and an odd bulge under my shirt.
