I love homemade dumplings. Kneading the dough is a pleasure, while the dough is resting, making minced meat and mixing it takes about 10 minutes maximum. And rolling out for dough is just a masterpiece, you can never do it with your hands. Result 💯 % identical dumplings and dumplings.
