It doesn't look like perch.

I ordered an XL perch for my Scarlet Macaw. Her claws are growing insanely fast so we're trying to give her a rough perch. Well, there are two strips of pumice glued to it, but it doesn't look like it's going to be very useful as the strips aren't very hefty. It doesn't look like perch either. It is fully functional and IS a PERCH but more of an adult "toy" in bright turquoise lol. Perhaps this would be ideal for a much smaller bird, but for my girl it's no more than an interesting looking conversation piece.
