I like that this is very easy to use, it has many options of different platforms you can connect with your customers from one place! It's also great if they offer integrations as well because then we have more flexibility in connecting our apps together (which helps us save time).

You must be really good at tech or computer stuff since there are so much technical things involved when using circleback software. But once someone who knows what their doing sets everything up correctly - its not too difficult anymore. We're solving customer service issues by creating an entire sales process within the app itself which makes communication between agents quicker than ever before!!
