So this year I have two years and here's what I think: overall this is a decent chair. It's wide, which we bigger boys like (5ft 7in, 350lbs). One of the levers had a socket/nut (don't know what you call it) that never accepted a bolt. I'm sure I contacted the company but never got a reply. I was annoyed that the chair I paid $240 for had back problems but then again this can be considered a cheap chair. I'm not sure good chairs are coming these days. One of the levers tends to weaken. I have to redo it every six months. Pretty sure the bottom pillow is rotten. I feel like my back starts to hurt when I'm not sitting up straight, but I suspect I'll have this problem with most chairs. I also noticed some play coming from the airlift. I feel a play when I lean back, followed by a thump. I also found small ball bearings on the floor. I suspect it is due to the storage of the chair. There's nothing else in my office that might have a bearing assembly, so I'm pretty sure it came from a chair. Hope that helps!
