The most useful feature is its ability to communicate with customers via SMS or email in real time without any lag (or delay).

Sometimes it's difficult for me to find an appropriate response when I receive multiple requests from different clients within minutes of each other. It would be great if you can add more options like adding photos/videos etc as attachments that could help us save our efforts while replying back to them quickly! We are solving all types of problems related to sending out notifications about events we organize - such as sales meetings, conferences & training sessions, product launches etc.
