I took it right after my workout as recommended and I usually drink about 4 liters of water a day [suggests drinking lots of water with the creatine pills I got from BulkSupplements]. I notice that after very intense and often painful training sessions the next day, my concentration and recovery has improved. I was taking them for two weeks prior to the review and working out 4-5 days a week, at least 1 hour a week with total body exercises. I went from old joint pain and mild stomach irritation from other things I take to really active rest/recovery the next day, minimal pain and my stomach felt a lot better.
