Sadly, it appears that we are in the minority of consumers who have difficulty with AMOLED displays. When we switched from the Mi A2 to this smartphone, we immediately noted a dramatic improvement in how the screen's image was perceived. The famed pulse width modulation (PWM) is likely to blame, but even at maximum brightness (where there presumably shouldn't be PWM), staring at the display is simply unpleasant and makes you want to close your eyes. Also, at maximum brightness, the screen's black hue is not black, but dark gray; why this is the case is unclear, as it is widely reported that black on AMOLED displays is precisely black. In spite of the fact that the brightness has been lowered, the eyes still feel discomfort. Not only is the white not white, but it has a yellowish tint to it (yes, we know that this is configurable in the settings to a certain extent). As an added annoyance, built-in apps like Samsung's Account, AR Zone, Google Play, Galaxy Shop, etc. More or less of a camera. Flowers are acting strangely. The difference between the two is obvious, as the one that's multiplied by three is actually eight megapixels. There is an unpleasant, unavoidable sharpening effect applied to the front-facing camera feeds (Asians, as always). By using the single-take option, a photo collage set to generic music will be made. In PRO mode, you can't use the 3x zoom camera, which is the most common setup. Generally speaking, we don't like glass screens since we think companies only use it to encourage frequent tube replacement. In practical terms, "cheap plastic" lasts far longer. What should be done with this useless gadget that cannot be returned, utilized, stored, or ignored?
