It's easy-to use; it has all features you'd need from an IVR system as well such things like call recording & data logging/analysis tools etc.; very good support team available 24x7 via chat which makes working remotely much easier than using some external softwares where they have limited functionality (at least in India). Lack of customization options - I would say there isn't too many customizations but if your looking at building something new then maybe consider adding more integrations into this piece otherwise its quite complete what i could find so far! Contact us service desk integration was one thing thats not currently possible because our clients want separate apps instead having everything under 1 umbrella app however zenty looks promising about making those changes soon!! Integrating ticketing systems along wtih CRM platform will make life difficult later down when integrating them together becomes harder due t he lack off APIs between these 2 platforms Zent.io allows us to have multiple channels to manage our contact center. We can also manage our different departments in one place. The customer support is also great. I have nothing to dislike about Zent.io. The customer support is great and the platform is very intuitive. I have used Zent.io for managing our contact center and also for our customer support.
