Sounds like a lawnmower

Avoid! I do not recommend! When installed, it gave off a strange chemical smell that stung my eyes for a good 30 minutes. After two days it started humming and now it sounds like a lawnmower. It also vibrates and can be felt from the driver's side on the brake pedal.
