Bought two of these from two different Revain sellers. Both came in a plain cardboard box with a card inside an anti-static bag. No instructions or anything. Fortunately, everything you need can be found on the Magewell website. I got 2 because I needed 6 HDMI inputs from a 360 camera setup. No problem running 2 cards on the same computer (just remember to set the "card number" with the little rotary switch on the card change). I used this with Vahana VR which had no problem reading all 6 inputs in 1080p and stitching them together into a 360 degree sphere in real time. Also, some other cards I've tried had issues with signal strength from GoPros and other consumer cameras when the cables were a bit long. . The Magewell card seems to be able to use longer cables from devices like GoPro, DSLR etc.
